Samuel Muraya is a trained IT professional who took up quail farming as an agribusiness. Starting with just 100 birds, he was able to grow his stock to 3,000 birds. All of this happened in just three months!

In recent years, the demand for quail meat and eggs has grown quite rapidly in many parts of Africa. Quail meat is a highly nutritious source of protein and is largely regarded as an ‘immune system booster’.
